  • To put it simply: no.

Justice Storage rental agreements are month-to-month — you never have to make a long-term commitment. You can rent your storage unit or U-Haul vehicle for the amount of time you need.

  • You may bring your own lock, or purchase one of the locks available in our office located on-site. Our office is open Monday thru Friday, 9:00am—6:00pm.

  • Justice Storage has several flatbed carts and stand-up dolleys for our customers to use. These carts are complimentary of your rental and are located in our office on-site. Our office is open Monday thru Friday, 9:00am—6:00pm.

  • Some common household items should not be packed, stored or shipped because they are hazardous materials. Examples of these materials include: flammables such as paint, varnish and thinners; gasoline; kerosene and oil; bottled gas; aerosol cans; nail polish and remover; ammunition and explosives; corrosives and cleaning fluids and detergents.

For your own safety and the safety of your belongings, make sure that no member of your family packs these items in a container to be moved.

  • Yes, during office hours, Justice Storage will accept your delivery and have the delivery company place your items directly into your unit. Deliveries can only be accepted during office hours. Our office is open Monday thru Friday, 9:00am—6:00pm.

  • Whether you a pay deposit depends on your method of payment. No deposit is required if you’re paying by major credit card. If you’re paying with cash, the following is due when you pick up your equipment:*

In-Town truck - $100 or estimated rental charges (whichever is greater)

    One-Way truck - $100 plus rental rate

*Cargo Vans and Pickup Trucks must be reserved with a credit card. Deposits cannot be made in cash.

The total estimated charges for your rental are due when you pick up your equipment regardless of your method of payment. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cash.

Cash is accepted for pickup and van rentals. However, a valid credit or debit card with a major credit card logo will also need to be presented in the name of the renter.

  • You can pick up and return a moving truck, pickup truck or cargo van any time, day or night, using a mobile device, without needing an employee present.

Justice Storage offers U-Haul Truck Share 24/7®, which is a self-service equipment rental option available to all U-Haul customers.

Please visit our U-Haul page to make a reservation or see pricing and availability.

  • The person who signs the U-Haul contract is fully responsible for the U-Haul equipment. Be sure to ask about our Safemove® and Safetow® coverage packages for protection and peace of mind.

Not everyone is comfortable driving a moving truck or hauling a trailer. If you’re concerned about your move, ask us about renting a U-Box® portable moving container. We’ll drive your stuff to your new place for you!

  • Please refer to your rental contract; a printed copy is included with the papers you receive during pick up. You can also find your rental contract by logging in to your U-Haul Account or looking up your order/contract (you'll need your mobile phone, email or contract number and last name).

For In-Town rental contracts: please return the equipment to the same location you picked it up from.

For One-Way rental contracts: please check your rental contract for a return location address or a phone number to arrange a drop-off location.

If you’re returning your truck during store hours:

You can return it with the help of a U-Haul representative at the store, or you can do a contact-less self-return (Truck Share 24/7) by visiting uhaul.com/share using your mobile device.

If you’re returning your truck before or after store hours:

Verify your equipment return by visiting uhaul.com/share using your mobile device; then follow the instructions on the screen to complete your return.

  • One-Way truck, trailer and/or towing rentals are for one-way moves. You pick up your equipment from our storage facility, then drop it off at a different rental location near your destination.

In-Town truck, trailer and/or towing rentals are for local moves or one-time deliveries. You pick up and drop off your equipment at our storage facility.

To get started and choose a one-way or in-town truck or trailer rental, visit our U-Haul page and input your pick up and drop off location(s) as well as pick up date.
